Looking to create an unforgettable experience for attendees at their April 2025 Accepted Students Day, York College turned to See Me Rolling’s mobile LED billboard trucks. Their goal was to energize the atmosphere, amplify messaging, and leave a lasting impression on students and families exploring their future campus home.

How Did See Me Rolling Respond
See Me Rolling provided a fully customized experience by parking the mobile billboard truck at the main event entrance, complete with video content and music to set the tone for the day. The truck was relocated throughout the event to deliver targeted messages and dynamic visuals, showcasing student life, campus highlights, and key admissions information.According to Rebecca, “The addition of music and video was a game changer…It set the tone for the day and brought energy that wouldn't have been there otherwise.” Families stopped to pose for photos in front of the truck, and staff across departments inquired about using the billboard for their future events.
